Update from the Skipahsphere

Happy August 2015 denizens of the Skipahsphere.  I don’t know if it was the constant blog stalking, Steinbeckian level writing, or just dumb luck but July 2015 was my biggest month of blogging and it wasn’t even close!  Hammy is mentioning something about a viral programming loop he installed on the IPad to inflate my numbers but since he has somehow knocked his ladder over since yesterday I have a feeling it’s the vodka talking.  So thank you from the bottom of my heart to everybody that made July my biggest month ever, hopefully in August I can reach similar numbers but I have one day fewer to accomplish it since I took a break yesterday, and I have a whole lot more going on in my life than just sitting here punching away at letters on a keyboard.  This is a good thing by the way!

The weekend has been going great for Sloane and I she spent Friday night rocking it at grandmas and I was off and at it with Miss Madison again.  Due to factors out of my control our original date location had to be changed because of time constraints but nevertheless it was a great time.  We even ended up in China for a brief period.  We plan on meeting again sooner rather than later, I even sent Katy Perry a tweet that I’m taken but feel free to send me VIP tickets anytime you would like!  Miss Madison is a fan also!

Yes high school crush that I’m Facebook friends with, miss flirty checkout lady at Circle K, and whomever else…Skipah is no longer a free agent on the dating scene.  Amazing how much two people can have in common personally.  I’ll write more on that at another time, right now just enjoying life because this has been the best week of my life since June of 2014….Miss Madison just tops it off!

I was told of this Aesopian fable called “karma” many moons ago.  I never believed it until this week.  Short of my daughter it is the most beautiful thing in the world to see firsthand.  More to come later, we’ve had a pool party to attend (mucho fun!), and Sloane and I are going to rock this Sunday like only we know how.  Stay tuned!
